DoubleLine Capital today launched two real estate-related fixed-income exchange-traded funds, DoubleLine Mortgage ETF (DMBS) and DoubleLine Commercial Real Estate ETF (DCMB), doubling the firm’s ETF lineup.
The DoubleLine Mortgage ETF — overseen by DoubleLine Capital CEO and CIO Jeffrey Gundlach, as well as fund managers Ken Shinoda and Vitaliy Liberman — invests in high-quality residential mortgage-backed securities and carries a 0.49% expense ratio, according to the firm.
The fund seeks total return — capital appreciation and current income — that exceeds the total return of its benchmark index, the Bloomberg U.S. Mortgage-Backed Securities Index.
The DoubleLine Commercial Real Estate ETF invests in and actively manages investment-grade CRE debt while keeping low interest-rate risk. It carries a 0.39% expense ratio. Its fund managers are Morris Chen, Mark Cho and Robert Stanbrook.
